What you’ll find here

Restoration

Nervous system healing through water, heat, quiet, and care.

Gathering

Retreat + strategy spaces for leaders, community, and deep work.

Revitalization

Movement + cultural practice spaces, including a pro dance studio.

THE WHY

We Need Places That Hold Us

King County is home to one of the largest urban Indigenous populations in the country. And yet, consistent land-based infrastructure for restoration, gathering, and cultural practice remains limited.

We are imagining something different.

A campus designed for nervous system healing. For intergenerational learning. For strategy and ceremony. For movement and breath.

Not a temporary rental. Not a borrowed space. A permanent place.

When people have access to land, beauty, and community, they rise.

ROOT BELIEF

WHAT'S POSSIBLE

Restoration. Gathering. Revitalization.

Restoration

A biophilic spa and wellness environment that supports rest, recovery, and recalibration. Steam. Water. Heat. Quiet. Care.

Revitalization

Dedicated movement and cultural practice spaces—including a professional-grade dance studio—designed to support rhythm, memory, and joy.

Gathering

Retreat and strategy spaces where leaders can plan, communities can convene, and relationships can deepen.

This is not about excess. It’s about access.

Access to restoration. Access to land. Access to cultural continuity.

We’re designing the experience of healing with the same care we design the spaces that hold it.

CULTURE

Culture Lives in Practice

Culture is not content. It is lived rhythm.

It requires space. It requires repetition. It requires consistency.

We are building a campus where an Indigenous young person in Seattle can come to dance, to learn, to rest, and to remember who they are. Where elders can teach. Where leaders can strategize. Where community can exhale.

This is humanities in place. Story carried in architecture. Language carried in movement. Belonging carried in land.

CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

A Permanent Place Requires Real Investment

We are launching a capital campaign to secure land in King County and develop the Regenerative Healing Campus.

Estimated total investment: $15M–$25M

This includes:

  • Land acquisition

  • Architectural design

  • Construction

  • Biophilic spa infrastructure

  • Cultural and movement facilities

  • Launch operations

The final budget will be refined through feasibility and land selection. But the intention is clear:

Build once. Build well. Build to last.

COMMUNITY

Built With Community, Not Just For It

As feasibility continues, we will engage community voices to shape how this campus serves real needs.

We are listening first.

What does restoration look like? What does cultural practice require? What makes a space feel safe, beautiful, and accessible?

We are not rushing this. We are building something that can hold the next 50 years.

PARTICIPATION IDEAS

Ways partners can support

  • Early-stage feasibility and land search support

  • Founding Circle commitments

  • In-kind expertise: design, operations, wellness infrastructure

  • Community engagement sponsorship

INVITATION

Help Secure a Homeplace of Renewal

This is infrastructure for the future.

Land. Wellness. Culture. Belonging.

If you are a funder, donor, or institutional partner ready to help shape what’s possible, we invite you into conversation.

This is not just a campus. It is a statement about what we value. And what we are willing to build.
